Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 2 packscouscous
  2. 1/2kilo liver
  3. 2 cupsbeans
  4. Fresh 🍅 tomato
  5. Crayfish
  6. Seasoning
  7. Veg oil
  8. Onion
  9. Fresh pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Pick and wash your beans, put in a pot to cook

  2. 2

    Slice your tomatoes, onions set aside

  3. 3

    Wash your liver and set aside

  4. 4

    Check your beans if soften a little pour in your liver, cover for 5min

  5. 5

    In another pot put a little veg oil to heat a little, pour in your tomato, onions, crayfish, seasoning, pepper, more like making sauce

  6. 6

    Pour all of the tomatoes sauce into the pot of beans and liver

  7. 7

    Add a little water and allow to boil,

  8. 8

    Add your couscous stir and cover to cook...

  9. 9

    Serve and enjoy.. 😋
