2Boiled & mashed potatoes -
1 cupWashed poha (quantity can be adjusted)
1 CupProcessed cheese grated
1 cupCheese cubes grated
1 tsprice flour
1 cupCoriander leaves
to tasteSalt, red chilli powder, jeera, Chaat masala

Take potatoes, poha, both cheese, rice flour, mix slightly. * Add jeera, salt, red chilli powder, Chaat masala, coriander leaves, mix & knead it.

Make balls(any shape) & deep fry.

Serve with sauce/chutney.
* Ready to attack/Serve 👍
