Peel, clean and boil the potatoes with little salt to tender, drain excess water and mash.Keep aside.

Cook the mince meat on low heat in a pan, adding Blackpepper powder, salt plus h=ginger &garlic paste, cook it dry.

Let the mincemeat cool before adding chopped onions and grated carrots, mix well.

Now scoop with your palm a sizeable amount of the mashed potatoes, create a ball and dent in to add 1 tablespoon of the mince meat mixture, then fold back into a ball.

Repeat the procedure to the remaining mixture, then coat with bread crumbs thoroughly.

Heat oil in a deep pan, very hot oil, beat the egg in a bowl, toss in one cutlet at a time in the egg and deep fry to golden brown.
