Broccoli and Spinach Soup
Steps

Cut the broccoli into small florets and soak in warm water for 5 mts. Drain the water.

Pluck the spinach and wash the leaves.

Wash and chop the tomatoes into quarters. Chop onions the same way and peel the garlic.

Place a wide vessel on stove and pour the oil. Once hot add broccoli and tomato. Stir fry at high flame so that the water evaporates and there is no raw smell. Keep stirring so it doesn't burn.

Simmer the flame.Now add the rest of the ingredients. Turn off stove after 5 mts. Remove from flame and let it cool.

Once cooled run it in a mixer until it's smooth with no pieces or clumps.

Transfer to a vessel and let it come to a boil. Add salt according to your taste and turn off the stove.

TIP: For added flavour you can use vegetable or meat stock.
