Put pressure cooker on the gas let it be hot then add ghee,Cumin's seed, mustard seed, asafetida, and garlic

After this put onion on it saute till it become brown.

Now after onion add tomato and other spices including salt and Curry leaf..saute well.

Now add red lentils and water let it boil for 15 mins.

After 15mins switch off gas. Our dal is ready
