Ingredients

  • 5eggs
  • Cooking oil
  • 1onion
  • 2tomatoes
  • 1capsicum
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat eggs in a bowl, add salt.

  2. 2

    Fry onions to golden brown, add tomatoes and cook into a sauce then add capsicum and stir.

  3. 3

    Add eggs and scramble under medium heat until the eggs cook well. Serve hot with ugali or rice.
