  1. For Puri
  2. 1big bowl wheat flour
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1/4 tspajwain

Steps

  1. 1

    Knead soft dough of puri with wheat flour, salt, ajwain and keep it for 10 minute.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a deep fry pan.

  3. 3

    Make small vall of dough, roll small puri and deep fry it.
