Ingredients

  1. 2 CupMilk
  2. 1 tbspsewai
  3. 2 tspsugar
  4. as neededCashew and almonds chopped
  5. 2-3green elaichi

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan and put it on stove, boil the milk and put nuts into the milk and stirr well.

    Add elaichi and sugar into milk and stirr well.

  3. 3

    Than add roasted sewai into milk and mix it well with light hand.

  4. 4

    Boil it on medium flame and then switch off the stove.

  5. 5

    Sewai is ready. Whether eat hot or cold it's a choice.
