Boil the milk.......then squeez 1 lemon and..you will see milk and paneer gets separates........... drain the excess....water in stainer.........

Let it be in stainer and put in bowl filled with water......and wash the paneer in running tap......so the sourness of lemon does not remains in it.....and you get best malai paneer us you get in market....
