Ingredients

  • 3-4Nduma
  • Water for boiling

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the Nduma, wash well

  2. 2

    Take a cooking pot,add water. Once boiling add the nduma.

  3. 3

    Cover with a lid & let this cook for 20 mins or till done

  4. 4

    Cut into big chunks

  5. 5

    Serve with a mug of Uji or tea
