Ingredients

1 cupSemolina
1Onion
1capsicum
2 tomatoes
2 tsp coriander leaves (chopped)
1/2 cupcheese
1 tsp oregano
1 tspred chilli
1/2 tspblack pepper
to taste salt
1 cupPalak puri

Firstly take a bowl, put into all chopped veggies, salt,black pepper, oregano

Mix well,make a batter like uttapam batter

Make small size uttapam on tava

Than one by one put uttapam and cheese like tripe layerd sandwich....your uttapam sandwich is ready...serve with chutney and sauce
