Ingredients

  • 1 cupmaida
  • 1 cupbreadcrumbs
  • 2 pcsonion
  • 2egg
  • 1 tspChat masala
  • as neededCheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the onion in round shape,separate the petals.

  2. 2

    Make thin slices of cheese.Now put the cheese in between the rings of onions.keep it in refrigerator for an hour.

  3. 3

    Now dip the onion rings in the maida,then egg barter and lastly into breadcrumbs.keep it aside for 10 mins.

  4. 4

    Now heat a vessel and deep fry the onion rings to golden brown.Sprinkle some chat masala.

  5. 5

    Serve hot with green chutney or sauce.Sprinkle some chat masala.
