  • 3beetroot
  • 1big soft pears
  • 50 gblue Rock cheese
  • 100 gtomato cocktails
  • 1red onion
  • 2 cupsbaby mixed lettuce
  • 1carrot for garnish
  • Dressing
  • 2 tbspbalsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 1 tsphoney

    Boil beetroot until well cooked and cut into wedges

    In a bowl pour baby mix lettuce then beetroot wedges

  3. 3

    Add onion tomato peas and blue cheese

  4. 4

    Garnish with carrot

  5. 5

    For dressing: mix together balsamic vinegar oil and honey and pour in your sale
    Ready to serve
