Cut your onions into thick rings

Mix all the dry ingredients and add water bit by bit...do not make the paste light make it thick

Add the onion but separate them first. Mix well

Put oil in a pan when hot put the onions. Dip them so that they are well covered by the batter. Do not crowd the onions

When ready sprinkle dhania then serve with kachumbari mixed with tomato sauce. Enjoy
