Ingredients

  • 2carrots diced
  • 200 gmsmince meat
  • 3 tbstomato paste
  • to tasteSalt and pepper
  • 2 cupsmashed potatoes
  • 2medium onions diced
  • 3tomatoes diced
  • 2 tbsgarlic butter
  • 3 clovesgarlic minced
  • 1 cupchicken /beef stock
  • 2beef cubes

Steps

  1. 1

    Take the mince and put in a large pan and heat till dry and browned ad salt and pepper (6-7mins)

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes and let cook add onions and garlic. Add tomato paste and seasoning

  3. 3

    Add the stock and simmer for a few minutes add carrots and put of heat.

  4. 4

    In a casserole add the mixture and top with the mashed potatoes

  5. 5

    In a preheated oven bake till crust is golden brown.
