In a bowl add half cup of sugar

Add 1/3 cup of oil

Add 2 eggs

Mix until incorporated

Dissolve 2teaspoon of yeast into 1 cup of warm evaporated milk allow it to stand for 5 minutes, then add to the mixture

Add the flour one cup at a time and mix

Add the remaining flour

Transfer it into a working surface and knead

Grab the dough into a grease bowl and it to rise for 1hr

Cut dough into 10 equal pieces

In another bowl add 1/4 cup of brown sugar

1/3 cup of bread crumbs

1/3 cup of butter

Vanilla essence and mix

Take the dough and tap with your palm to make an oval shape then add the butter mixture and spread all over

Roll it up and sprinkle in bread crumbs

Bake for about 20to25minutes
