FKeep rahein Mash the boiled potatoes and add the salt (according to your taste), pich of chilli powder, 1/2 spoon of chilli flakes in it and mix it well.

Take a slice of bread. I used white bread but you can use brown or multi-grain bread. Cut it's edges. Apply a layer of mashed potatoes on it.

Grate a layer of cheese on it.

Now roll the bread

Take 2 spoon of arrowroot powed in a bowl and a spoon of plain flour (maida) and add some water to make a slurry. Just make sure the paste is neither too runny, nor too thick. plate

Keep the bread crums and the slurry two separate flate bowl so that you can easily put your roll in it and layerd it with slurry and breadcrumbs.

Take your bread roll and first dip it into the slurry so it coated with a thin layer of slurry. Next coat it with breadcrumbs. Make sure that the breadcrumbs coverd the roll on all sides.

Follow these instructions and make some more rolls.

Put a frying pan on the flame and add oil required for deep frying.

Once heated put the breadcrumb coated rolls in the oil and fry it till turn golden.

Serve the rolls with yogurt dip and ketchup and enjoy the tasty treats or serve them to your guests.
