Ingredients

10 minutes
  • 1/2 Cupor 1 stick salted butter (Softened)
  • 1/4 cupfinely chopped chives
  • 1big clove of garlic (puréed)
  • 1 tspsalt if using unsalted butter

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients together.

  2. 2

    Using plastic wrap, try to mold the butter into a cylinder for easier portioning or slicing.

  3. 3

    Put it in the fridge to set.

  4. 4

    Great on bread, scrambled eggs or steaks. Bon appétit.
