Ingredients

40 minutes

  • For outer covering
  • 1 cuprefined flour
  • 1/4 spoonsalt
  • 1 pinchcarom seeds
  • 2 spoonoil
  • as requiredLukewarm water
  • For stuffing
  • 100 gramcottage cheese cut in small cubes
  • 50 gramfrozen peas
  • 1/4 spoonsalt
  • 1onion
  • 1 spoonbutter
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • 1 spoonoil
  • 1 spoonpizza seasoning
  • 1/8 spoonred chilli powder
  • 1 spoontomato sauce
  • 1/2 spoonsoya sauce
  • 2 cubescheese
  • Refined oil for frying

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients of outer covering and knead a soft dough

  2. 2

    Finely chop onion and garlic

  3. 3

    Heat 1 spoon oil in a wok and add cumin seeds

  4. 4

    Add onion and Garlic

  5. 5

    Saute for 2-3 minutes and add cottage cheese and peas

  6. 6

    Add other ingredients except cheese and mix well

  7. 7

    Let it cool and mix grated cheese

  8. 8

    Divide the dough in equal balls and stuff the mixture

  9. 9

    Form a ball by pressing gently

  10. 10

    Deep fry in hot oil
