  • 3 clovescauliflower
  • 3 clovesbroccoli
  • 1carrot
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • 1onion
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1tomato
  • 1 tbsoil

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and cut all the vegetables

  2. 2

    In a pot put oil and onion

  3. 3

    Until its light brown add tomatoes

  4. 4

    Add garlic let it cook when tomatoes are ready

  5. 5

    A pinch of salt

  6. 6

    Add your vegetables and cook for 15 minutes

  7. 7

    Ready to serve
