Cut chicken into bite size pieces and put aside. In a medium bowl, combine egg, soy sauce, Teriyaki sauce, & cornstarch.

Add chicken, stirring to coat, marinate 10 minutes.

In a medium saucepan combine cornstarch, sugar, chicken broth, and garlic powder. Gradually add water, lemon juice, & catsup, mix well over high heat. Cook and stir till mixture comes to a boil. Reduce heat, continue cooking and stirring until sauce thickens. Keep sauce warm, low heat.

In large skillet, cook chicken in hot oil until tender and golden.

Arrange chicken on shredded lettuce or cooked rice, and then add sauce. I like mine with fried rice! Enjoy!!
