Ingredients

  1. 400 gramsPasta
  2. 200 gramsSliced Pork
  3. 200 gramsCabbage
  4. 100 gramsBean Sprout
  5. 1/2 piecesOnion
  6. 1 pieceCarrot
  7. 1/2 piecesGreen Pepper
  8. 4 tbspWorcestershire Sauce
  9. 2 tbspSoy Sauce
  10. 2 tbspSake (Rice Cooking Wine)
  11. 1 tbspSalad Oil (Cooking Oil)
  12. As neededSalt
  13. As neededPepper
  14. As neededBonito
  15. As neededAonori seeweed

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the Cabbage and Carrot and Green pepper into bite-size (except the hard core). Slice the Onion. Cut the Sliced Pork into bite-size. *Must cut the pork after cut the cabbage. (Not add bacteria on pork to vegetables)

  2. 2

    Boil the water, add 1 tbsp salt and 1 tbsp baking soda per liter of water. Cook the Pasta according to the instruction on the package +2 minutes.

    Drain well and wash the surface by running water.

  4. 4

    Heat the Salad Oil in a pan. Add the pork and stir-fry until become golden brown. Add the vegetables in the pan and stir-fry.

  5. 5

    Add Sake and cover immediately with the lid. Steam it until the Cabbage become soft. (About 2 to 3 minuets)

  6. 6

    Add the pasta in the pan and stir-fry. Then add Worcestershire Sauce and Soy Sauce. Mix it well. Add Salt and Pepper as your taste.
