Steps

Apply all the ingredients listed under marination to chicken and marinate it for 1hr

In a pan add 1tbsp ghee and add marinated chicken & cook till chicken turns 80%tender

In another pan add 1tbsp ghee and fry onion,cashewnuts and almonds till light brown and turn off the flame, once cool make paste of this

For gravy - heat 2 tbsp ghee in a wok add ginger garlic paste,slit green chilles fry for 5mins, next add onion paste, tomato puree, coriander powder, chilli powder fry this till ghee comes on surface

Next add chicken, milk, kasoori methi, garam masala powder, chat masala powder and 1/2cup water cover and cook till chicken is almost done.open the lid add fresh cream

Once done turn off the flame

Transfer to serving plate and garnish with some coriander leaves

Note - u can adjust spice according to ur taste

U can use some oil also instead of ghee
