Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 1 cupchanadal
  2. 4green chillies
  3. pieceginger
  4. 1 tbspjeera
  5. as neededCurry patta/leaves
  6. to tastesalt
  7. as neededoil for frying
  8. 2 tbsprice flour

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak chanadal for 5 hours. Remove 2tbsp dal before grinding.

  2. 2

    Grind dal, ginger +chillies and jeera.

    Make a rough paste. add salt,curry patta 2tbsp chanadal and 2tbsp rice flour.

  4. 4

    Put oil in kadai and spread as a wada.

    Fry in medium flame. cook both sides. Done.
