Ingredients

3 serving
  • 1 kgGoat meat
  • 1Onion
  • Salt
  • 2 cubesMaggi
  • 5 cupsWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut to desirable size,rinse with water and salt.

  2. 2

    Boil in a pressure pot,with enough water on a high heat for 1hour

  3. 3

    Pour back in a normal pot and add onion,salt and maggi cubes.boil till is tender and the stock dried up.

  4. 4

    Serve with chilled drinks
