Ingredients

  1. 1litre full fat cream cow milk
  2. 1/4sugar
  3. 1/2 tbspcardamom powder
  4. 2 tbspsaffron milk
  5. 5Almond
  6. 7Pistachios
  7. 10Cashew

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly, Thick Nonstick pan heat thick cow milk.

  2. 2

    Stir occasionally and get to a boil.

  3. 3

    Reduce the flame medium. Once a layer of cream of formed over the milk. Stick it to sides of vessels.

  4. 4

    Get the milk boil to again.and repeat the gathering of cream to sides of kadhai.

  5. 5

    Repeat process of 5times and milk reduce to one - third.

  6. 6

    Add sugar, cardamom powder and saffron milk. Give a good mix and get the milk again to boil.

  7. 7

    The collected cream from sides and good stir.boil for a minute.

  8. 8

    Transfer to a bowl and let it attain to room temperature.

  9. 9

    Serve garnished to dry fruits.

  10. 10

    Finally serve rabadi chilled or hot.
