Steps

In a bowl add warm milk,whisked egg,sugar and yeast. Give a good stir n let it rest for 5mins.

In a big mixing bowl mix the flour,cinnamon, salt n make a well in the centre then pour the wet ingredients mix with a wooden stick.

Knead on a lightly floured surface with your hands until its not sticky.

Grease a bowl and transfer the dough cover with a damp kitchen towel or greased cling foil.

Place the bowl in a warm place n let it rest overnight or 1-2,hrs for it to rise.

Once its doubled in size place again on a lightly floured surface n knock back.

Cut and shape to your desired shapes.

Line a baking sheet or grease and arrange them not so close to each other as they will double in size while baking.

Let them rest again covered In a warm place until they have doubled in size.Egg wash.

Bake at 180 for 15-20 mins until golden brown.

Sprinkle icing sugar on top...serve hot or warm.

Enjoy....leftover whipping cream
