Ingredients

  1. उड़द दाल - 1 कप (250 ग्राम) भिगोकर ली हुई
  2. हरा धनियां - 3-4 टेबल स्पून
  3. काली मिर्च - 1 छोटी चम्मच (क्रश की हुई)
  4. हींग - 1 पिंच तेल - वड़े तलने के लिए
  5. दही - 1 किलो भूना जीरा पाउडर - 1 टेबल स्पून
  6. काला नमक -1 टेबल स्पून
  7. पुदीना पाउडर - 1 टेबल स्पून हरे धनिये की चटनी

Steps

  1. 1

    उड़द की दाल को अच्छी तरह साफ कीजिये,

  2. 2

    पानी में 3-4 घंटे के लिये भिगो दीजिये भीगी हुई दाल से अतिरिक्त पानी निकाल दीजिये

  3. 3

    बहुत ही कम पानी डाल कर मिक्सर से हल्की दरदरी पीस लीजिये दाल को हाथ से खूब फैटिये.

  4. 4

    दही वड़ों को पानी में डाल कर रखने के लिए एक बड़े बरतन में पानी डालकर ले लीजिए

  5. 5

    दही वड़े तलने के लिये कढ़ाई में तेल डालकर गरम कीजिये

  6. 6

    आप वड़ों को गुजिया की शेप में भी बना सकते हैं

  7. 7

    इसी तरह आप कुछ वड़े गोल आकार में और बिना स्टफिंग के भी बना कर तैयार कर सकते हैं.

    दही को कपड़े में बांध कर, इसका पानी निकाल दीजिए,

  9. 9

    दही वड़ा को पानी से निकालिये और दोंनो हाथों की हथेली से दबाकर अतिरिक्त पानी निकाल दीजिये

  10. 10

    मथे हुए दही को वड़ों के ऊपर डाल दीजिए और इनके ऊपर थोडा़ सा काला नमक और थोडा़ सा भूना जीरा डाल दीजिए

  11. 11

    दही वड़ों को सर्व करने के लिए प्लेट लीजिए. इसमें अपनी पसंद अनुसार दही वड़े डालिये और ऊपर से दही डाल दीजिये

  12. 12

    थोडा़ सा भूना जीरा, थोडी़ सी लाल मिर्च पाउडर, थोडा़ सा काला नमक, थोडा़ सा पुदीना पाउडर, थोडी़ सी हरी चटनी और मीठी चटनी डालकर सर्व कीजिए
