Soak chana dal in water for 30 minutes.

Put 3 glass of water in cooker.

Add chana dal, salt, and turmeric in water and close the lid of cooker.

Let the cooker whistle for 1 time and sim the gas for 15 minutes.

In a seprate pan, put 2 table spoon of oil.

Add 1 teaspoon of cumin in it.

Add chopped onion in it and fry for 2 minutes.

Add chopped green chilli in it and then add chopped tomato in it.

Add red chilli powder and chana masala in it.

Then, add boiled daal in it and cook for 5 minutes.

Add coriander if you want.

Your chana dal is ready to serve.
