Ingredients

3-4 servings
  1. For greavy:-
  2. 4medium sized tomatoes
  3. 1big size chopped apple
  4. 1 cupgrated bottle guard (lauki)
  5. 12 piecesCashew(kaju)
  6. 3-4green chilies
  7. 1 tsp Pumpkin seeds
  8. 1 tspPoppy seeds (khuskhus)
  9. 1tej patta
  10. 1 tbsp Ghee
  11. For sabji:-
  12. 2cloves
  13. 1big cardamom (ilaicha)
  14. 1tej patta
  15. 1/2 tsp haldi
  16. to taste lal mirch powder
  17. 1 tspgaram masla
  18. salt to taste
  19. 1 cupboiled corn
  20. 150 gmpaneer
  21. 1 cupmilk
  22. 1 tbsp Fresh cream
  23. 2-3 tbspOil
  24. 1 tbspKasuri methi
  25. 1 tsp Cumin seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    For greavy:- take a bowl put some water add tomatoes, tej patta to it and let them cook untill it become soft, after cooked wash with cool water and grind it to make tomato puree.

    Take a pan put ghee to it then add grated and squeezed bottleguard add stir it continuously for about 2-3min. Then add cashew, chopped apple poppy sees, pumpkin seed to it, let them cook untill it became soft, after it became soft switch off the flame and let it cool, after it cools down grind it into mixture and make fine greavy.

    Take a pan add oil, cumin seed, pinch of hing, cardamom, tej patta, cloves, then add greavy to it and stir it continuously, after it starts releasing oil add tomato puree and stir it continuously, after it starts releasing oil add all spices to it then add milk and fresh cream, then add paneer and corn.
