Steps

Wash and cut the mushrooms in small pieces.

Dry roast cumin, cardamom, dry coriander, black cardamom and cinnamon. Make powder of roasted ingredients.

Chop tomatoes, onions, garlic and ginger. Make a fine paste of all four ingredients.

Now heat oil in a pan and add add onion-tomato paste to it and cook it till it leaves oil separate.

Now add turmeric, red chilli powder, salt and roasted dry masala to it and saute for while. Now add chopped mushrooms and mix well. Cook it for 10 mins at lie flame with lid on pan.

After 10 mins add cream, kasoori methi and saute for 1 min. Mushroom masala is ready. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
