1 cupcarrots, sliced
1/2 cuponions, chopped
1/2 cupcelery sliced thin
1 lbboneless skinless chicken breast diced
46 ozchicken broth
I 1/2 cups uncooked cheese tortellini
1/2 tspdried thyme
1/4 tspblack pepper
2bay leafs
1 tbspfresh parsley

Chop and slice all vegetables.

Put all ingredients except parsley in crock pot.

Cook 4 hours on high, 6 hours on low, add parsley right before serving.
