Keep pan on the stove pour 250 ml of oil in the pan and wait for 5 minutes to heat the oil. Add sabudana in the oil for deep frying fry it 3 min. Take sabudana in the separate bowl.

After taking sabudana add ground nuts in the same oil and deep fry for 3 min. Take ground nuts in the sabudana bowl.

Keep other pan (kadai) on the stove pour 2 or 3 spoon oil, heat oil in a kadai over medium flame add mustard seeds when they start to crackle, add urad dal (optional) and saute until it turns light brown, curry leaves and saute for 20-30 seconds.

Add sabudana bowl and salt and red chilli powder added. Add grated fresh coconut. stir well until sabudana are coated well will masala. And garnish with finely curry leaves.
