Kales
4chicken thighs
Cooking oil
to tasteSalt
1medium onion
1medium tomato

Steps

Boil noddles and put aside

Steam kales and also put aside
3

Cut onions into slices and fry till brown
4

Add sliced tomatoes and salt to taste

Now add your thighs and cook till ready

Now serve with your noddles and steamed kales
