Mix all purpose flour, whole wheat flour,semolina

Add salt, fenugreek leaves,black pepper powder,asafoetida,red chilli powder and carom seeds..add baking powder...mix well

To it add mustard oil and mix very well

Add vinegar and knead dough using chilled water..

Make semi hard dough (just like puri) and keep covered for 1hour
- 6
After 1hour divide dough into small ball size pieces..roll each piece like mathri (not too thick)..prick with fork on both sides to avoid it to puff

Preheat oven at 350 f

Bake these in a bit greased tray for 20 minutes then flip all and bake again for 15 minutes..not more than that
