Take a pan,add water and sugar make a viscous sugar syrup.

Cut the sides of breads. Take a kadai and add oil. Deep fry the breads in oil

Take out it and allow the bread to suck the syrup for 30 sec.

Take it out in a plate and pour the mava on bread properly

Decorate it with dryfruits.Serve hot or chilled.

Sweet and yummy Shahi tukda is ready
