Ingredients

15 minutes
4 servings
  • 1 cupsoaked sabudana
  • 4medium size boiled potatoes
  • 1/2 cupcup coarsely grounded peanuts
  • 1/2 cuptbsp black pepper powder
  • 2finely chopped green chillies
  • Some chopped coriander
  • to tasteSendha namak (rock salt)
  • 50 gmsgrated paneer
  • 2 tbspghee for brushing

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients (except ghee) in mixing bowl

  2. 2

    Make small equal size balls from it and keep aside

  3. 3

    Heat the appa pan, brush some ghee in the holes

  4. 4

    Carefully place the appas in it cover cook till 5 minutes

  5. 5

    Now flip them with spoon and brush some more ghee on them for evenly cooking

  6. 6

    Keep flipping in intervals till completely done

  7. 7

    Serve hot with green chutney
