Kunun Gyada is a sweet and light porridge from northern Nigeria made with raw groundnuts and white rice.
Steps

Boil the pasta balls, peel and wash the groundnut and set aside. Then soak the rice for about 4 hours and above or until the rice is soft.

Combine the soft rice and the groundnut together.

Blend the rice and groundnuts on high speed until smooth paste is formed. Add the ground ginger & cloves to the paste and mix well.

Sieve the mixture into a pot and put it over a medium heat and stir constantly, then add the boiled pasta balls and continue stirring until it becomes thick then add the lemon juice.

Put it down and let it cool for about 5minutes, add sugar and serve.
