Ingredients

  1. 2 tablespoonsflour
  2. 1 tablespoonbutter
  3. 1 cupgrated cheese (mix mozzarella and cheddar
  4. halfa cup of milk

Steps

  1. 1

    In a saucepan add butter and melt add flour and make a roux sauce

  2. 2

    Slowly add milk and whisk till smooth add cheese until melted

  3. 3

    Serve on almost anything season with salt and pepper.
