Ingredients

5 servings
  • 500 gflour
  • 250 gbutter
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 tspessence
  • 1/2 tea spooncardamon
  • 1/4 cupmilk
  • 1 tbscustured powder
  • 1/2 tea spoonBicarbonate soda

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix butter, sugar and Vanilla essence till fluffy.

  2. 2

    Add sugar, custured sugar, bicarbonate soda and cardamon.

  3. 3

    Add milk at a time till smooth.

  4. 4

    Add flour and mix.

  5. 5

    Bake for 15mins till golden brown and serve.
