Wash and boil the spinach leaves

Marinate chicken in the onion ginger garlic paste

Heat oil.Add the marinated chicken and let it cool for sometime.

Make a smooth paste of the spinach leaves.

While the chicken is being cooked, cut fresh tomatoes and few green chillies.

After the chicken is cooked 40% add this spinach paste into it.

Let the chicken and the leaves paste come to boil together.

Add tomatoes and few green chillies and salt and sugar to taste

Sauté it till oil gets separated

Add garam masala.

Add ghee and turn off the flame. Let it be in vapour

Garnish with fresh cream.

Optional add thin almond slices

Serve with Tandoor roti.
