Ingredients

  1. 2 cupspre boiled rice
  2. 1 cuppre boiled peas
  3. 1onion
  4. 1/2yellow capsicum
  5. 1/2green capsicum
  6. 1/2red capsicum
  7. 1onion
  8. Oil
  9. Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry onion on low heat, add salt

    Add pre boiled peas and mix in well

    When the rice is well mixed with veggies turn off the heat and garnish with corriander
