Mashed Potatoes with Lemon (Diet Version)

Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes to make them easier to mash and to reduce the starch content.

Place the water and potatoes on the stove and let them cook until tender.

Mash the potatoes while they are hot so they become smooth quickly.

Finely chop the greens and use them to garnish the dish. Enjoy your meal!

Note: You can add crushed garlic or onion, but I made it without them.
