Oats Ribbon murrukku

Make oats fine powder keep aside

Heat the pan add butter when it starts melting add powdered oats fry for 2 minutes keep aside to cool

Same pan add besan flour rice flour salt hot oil and chill powder mix well add water to make smooth dough keep aside

Heat the pan add enough oil grease the mould and fit the ribbon murukku plate
Press the dough in the hot oil moving the hand in circular form - 5
Fry until the ribbon murukku turns golden colour keep stirring and fry
Remove when done drain on a kitchen paper - 6
Keep aside to cool then transfer it to airtight container
Healthy and tasty ribbon murukku is ready thank you happy cooking
