Sieve the flour to avoid lumps

Prepare one string consistency sugar syrup adding 1.5 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water

Now add the flour slowly into it and stir continuously

Now heat the oil and ghee and add it into the flour gradually

As the mixture starts leaving the wok switch off

Spread it on a plate and cut into cubes
