Ingredients

  • 1 cupbesan
  • 2 tspsuji
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 tspcardamom powder
  • 1/2 cupghee
  • Water as required
  • 2 tbspchopped dryfruits

Steps

  1. 1

    Add ghee in a wok add besan and roast it

  2. 2

    Now add suji and roast it

  3. 3

    Add cardamom powder, sugar and water. Mix well cook till halwa consistency

  4. 4

    Now add dryfruits and serve hot
