Steps

Clean and wash dal. Add salt and turmeric powder with water and dal in pressure cooker.

Pressure cook for 1 whistle only.

Now take a tadka pan. Add ghee. Heat. Add cumin seeds. Let it splutter. Add green chillies, Red chilli, Kasoori Method, hing. Cook for 30 seconds. Switch off flame. Now add red chilli powder. And pour on dal.

Garnish with coriander leaves.
