Wash all vegetables with clean water

Peel the ginger
- 3
Scrape the green part of the cucumber so as to enable it blend well,note this is optional but can leave it if you are using a proper smoothie machine

Cut all veg in small size
- 5
Add half of the whole veg a little cold water or ice cube and the lemonade/ orange juice
- 6
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend well till its smooth
- 7
Serve chill
