  1. 1 cupSabudana
  2. 2Boiled potato
  3. 2 tspRoasted peanuts
  4. 2Green chilli
  5. 1 tbspGreen coriander leaves
  6. 1 tbspPudina leaves
  7. to tasteSendha namak
  8. 2 tbspTamarind chutney
  9. 1/2 cupThick curd
  10. 1/2 tspRoasted cumin seeds powder
  11. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  12. Pomegranate seeds - for garnishing
  13. 1/2 tspRock salt
  14. 1/2 tspGrated ginger

    Soak sabudana for two hours.

    To make a powder of roasted peanuts

    Add boiled and mashed potato,green coriander leaves,green chilli,grated ginger,pudina leaves,sendha salt and roasted peanut powder and mix well.

    To make a vada shape and deep fry in hot oil until golden and crispy

  5. 5

    Take a bowl and place the sabudana vada

  6. 6

    Add beaten curd,sprinkle rock salt,red chilli powder,roasted cumin seeds powder and tamarind chutney.

    Garnish with coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds.
