Soak sabudana for two hours.

To make a powder of roasted peanuts

Add boiled and mashed potato,green coriander leaves,green chilli,grated ginger,pudina leaves,sendha salt and roasted peanut powder and mix well.

To make a vada shape and deep fry in hot oil until golden and crispy

Take a bowl and place the sabudana vada

Add beaten curd,sprinkle rock salt,red chilli powder,roasted cumin seeds powder and tamarind chutney.

Garnish with coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds.
