Ingredients

5 servings
  • For Curry :
  • 250 gmGram flour
  • 1/2 kgsour buttermilk
  • pinch asefotida (Hing)
  • to taste salt
  • 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  • 1 tspGaram Masala,
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1 tspchopped ginger and green chillies
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped potato
  • to tastesalt and red chilli flakes
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1chopped potato
  • For Pakora:
  • 100 gmgram flour
  • Mustard oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the ingredients of Pakora with little water and make Pakoras.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a wok, add hing and cumin seeds and saute.

  3. 3

    Add chopped onion and potato and saute till done, mix gram flour, buttermilk and water and add in the wok, add salt, turmeric and red chilli powder and cook for almost half an hour. Add Pakora and serve garnished with fenugreek leaves. Relish with Boiled rice.
